Today i embrace the control i do have: control of my thoughts, my choices, and my love.

 

Today i think with the clarity of a cloudless sky. I choose the direction in which to send my mental energy, knowing that the energy I cultivate for myself will surely be shared with others. 

 

Today I accept my choices for what and whose they are. I acknowledge the privileges that allow me to make the choices I do, and hope to share the positivity of my privileges with those around me. I understand that their choices are not mine, and they are not about me.  

 

Today I relish the love that is within and around me, for this is my sustenance. I spread joy and laughter throughout each of life’s little moments, allowing them to accumulate, transforming my path before my eyes.
